At Coronado Brewing Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer or perishable items. For non-perishable merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused merchandise and include your original packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA clearly marked.
Ship Item Back
Send your package to our San Diego headquarters using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
